New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. This company main product is ABSTORN ESANTRON THAT IS POWER which is used in many fields of automobiles any other areas . It is good for chemical engineering to start his career from this unit . it's salary for freshers is very good . And staff is cooperative.

Job security issue is there, not yearly appraisal and no any extra training provide, HR at the time joining or before joining is very good and makes lot of promise and after the joining nothing do to breaks all promise so Every thing you should be want please takes in writin.
