Plus points of my company was my colleagues they are very good in nature and also very supportive . They are from various cultural backgrounds . The office enviroment is also very good and we work happily their.

The work pressure is very high,& compensation is decent.managers do not value their subordinate which is why I have to take back my suggestion which is pain sometimes.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals aer fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a bad politics and the management do not address our issues.long to jrany for me. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
