I enjoy working at Bhandari Automobile because the work culture is great. We receive our salary and incentives on time. All the departments are very helpful. The owner personally teaches us how to improve our work and get better results. Everyone is happy working here.

Dislikes

I'm really happy working at Bhandari Automobile, but I have one concern. If everyone could get the yearly bonus during Puja time, like the older employees, it would be very appreciated by all. No one would feel left out or that they're missing something.

Gives salary on time. No work pressure and flexible working hours.

They don't provide any documents like appointment letter pay slip and relieving letter to their employees and Pascale is low as per market.

The company is a good learning institute that grown up all employees carrier.i am a part of that company.as a result I am a great work experience, idea and prospect's.my senior who help me superb.

The work pressure is very high,& compensation is decent.managers do not value their subordinate which is why I have to take back my suggestion which is pain sometimes.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals aer fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a bad politics and the management do not address our issues.long to jrany for me. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

1. Low pay scal 2. They do not provide monthly pay slip 3. No work limit 4. Low increment, every year company increment only Rs.500/- 5 . Management policy is very bad .
