... to work on it. Cafeteria is small and nice. As a trainee no stipend was given. But salary is good for employees.

Work pressure and environment. As a trainee its difficult to handle it but if you have worked previously its all good.

Spiritual culture, cooperative people, secure work environment for especially for females, stress busting kirtan and positive vibrations throughout. NABH accreditated Hospital.

As compared to other corporate Hospital of same capacity salary is less.

I appreciate that the company offer medical facilities at no cost, along with spiritual programs and the opportunity to participate in morning and evening prayers, which contribute to overall well-being and work-life balance.

Dislikes

I disliked the focus on personal wealth development discussion during working hours, particularly regarding Purchase managers talking abt investments and interest returns. Additionally, theres a lack of support for new employee skill development, proper monitoring and overall assistance with internal politics negatively affecting the work environment.

0 job security. Within 1 day, the purchase manager made me jobless. Ignored that I have a family to take care of. From the outside, they may say it's a spiritual company, but they do more than just corporate, dirty politics in their purchase department.

Dislikes

He will appear on the scene when the probation period ends or 1 month before it and find out what we did wrong in the last 6 months and do his best to extend the probation period by at least 2 months. He will degrade the restless person with words like you have no talent. He discourages and embarrasses you. .

Dislikes

They Don't care about Staff food management. Strict rules & regulations on tea, coffee, onions and garlic because of their culture but if someone want to have tea or coffee to reduce the workload, what is bad in that..??? Please just give proper food servings to your staff so that they can work for hospital.. Because of improper food system most of the staffs got prone to infection, low immunity, low hb level etc..
