...working here from last 3 months but till date I absolutely have no complaints. Company offered 2nd & 4th Saturday off, Salary on time & flexi time work pattern which is very helpful. Work environment is too good. Management is very much understanding & concerned about their employees.

...r listening and seeing all this years her such behaviour and crude work culture. Salary delay Stability of job is big question Work culture is toxic Director work on his mood No fund in company and they are working on loan from one place or other. Many RERA cases from may firms Legal team is working day night for getting next dates that is reason supper increment in legal department. No basic facility in office Diwali bounce paid under pressure from staff so that staff stay. Company hiring old staff like Jitendra Maheta so that some miracle happen. This is the way Managmenet every year experiment. Jitendra Maheta. Keval valambhia, palrecha , Satyanarayana raju , ali , Madan jain , Thakkar, KPMG, Big bank , Talreja with no intention to pay vendor and innocent people. How can event management employee can handle HR and admin? Complete management is blind and MD is still taking suggestion from samidha. Soon many people leave from here and more advertisement in news paper for new vacancy. Hire and fire is buissness of organization.

... also not satisfied Management is not bother and blindly believe on new staff Management not stand on commitments given to staff in lockdown on salary for hard work No decision making on time Many current staffs are unhappy What we expect from Heads were Management is bias Not at all corporate culture which Org known for when I left

Only God knows when salary is credited Cheating the employees, customers and vendors, Only those vendors are paid who threaten to stop supply or provide service During pandemic only 50% salary is paid with a promise to pay the rest after pandemic but not paid. employees are fired on the spot without any notice.

...nt is Good. Staff is also good. Good place to work for those who want to work. Salary was well justified for the period of covid when business was down.

There exist those nuisance creators amongst junior staff as they there in all the workplaces who keep bitching bout senior mgmt as well as HOD without ensuring they themselves can make any difference to company's growth with their own contribution by working sincerely. They use such good platforms like ambition Box to pollute people mind, create nuisance & troubles for those whom they envy by making personal level comments on mgmt and HODs. Increment post covid was not announced as expected going by Business scenario. Mgmt should identify spoilers well in time to maintain harmony to work with.
