...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

Best hospital in town, for patients and staff who worked there. It's like family to work there. Very good support by management and leader. Always ready to work there 2nd time in life if get good opportunity.

Awesome place to be in, with a vibrant and positive atmosphere to work. the leadership is great and easy to approach. Open-minded colleagues and employee-friendly management.

Dislikes

The Garden cafeteria seating place is very uncomfortable to sit and eat. The roof is not heat resistant and radiates unbearable heat in the summers. In the rainy season, the rain comes right inside. On other days, there are dogs and monkeys easily approaching the area where we sit and eat.

Please start overtime for all staff because all staff working hard work but not just satisfy for overtime .

Worst work culture and Almost all head of department are stubborn. That do not allow if employee want to do anything creative. Employee recognition is ZERO. Hospital provide free medical treatments to Corporate employees but it can not provide even free medicine to employees. Even in Corona pandemic hospital is charged huge amount of money from its employees. Even though hospital reached 100Cr. Turnover. Over all it’s a worst organisation to work. One should not expect any growth and further career opportunities.
