In short time period as a trainee i observed here , BPL providing good working culture and supportive team staff to employees or trainees & environmental nd quality policy of company is very good , Hr department of company is very well they treated with me very nicely nd I'm still connected with him or her. Thank you for give me opportunity to share my opinion about BPL Rudrapur.

compensation nd rewards policy of BPL not good for contractual workers.

There is job security here and you can learn easily here.

Dislikes

There is no trace of time here and three are day and nightsl shifts and here the salary is less. Chances of promotion are very less and the growth here is also very slow. There is work for polytechnic and ITI people here and there is no job worth Engineering(B.E./B.Tech).

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues salary decent but career growth is slow There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

There was good work culture, there was any types of work pressure.I learnt many things in this company like working culture and talking culture and work support. All time help me my line senior engineer like good brother. Also teammate wad very supportive and good equipment to perform good

There was less time of lunch also gher was not too good salary. And career growth rate was to slow.

team members are quite supportive , training is only about the phone quality checking , Salary starting from 9000 only to the fresher, travelling will provided by company, work environment was quite good, Innovation are quite good , Work Life balance was bad

As the Work Life BAlance is Quite bad, Salary was Bit Low for the fresher,
