There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues salary decent but career growth is slow There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

There was good work culture, there was any types of work pressure.I learnt many things in this company like working culture and talking culture and work support. All time help me my line senior engineer like good brother. Also teammate wad very supportive and good equipment to perform good

There was less time of lunch also gher was not too good salary. And career growth rate was to slow.

team members are quite supportive , training is only about the phone quality checking , Salary starting from 9000 only to the fresher, travelling will provided by company, work environment was quite good, Innovation are quite good , Work Life balance was bad

Bhagwati product limited is a subsidiary of Micromax Informatics limited,this company get the chance to know about mobile manufacturing and the different type of innovation and different latest technology. I was work with different type of people, we all are believe in teamwork.

Dislikes

This company hire all the employees in third party. When the production is to high then they hire large number of employees and don't give the expected salary to the employees. There is no balance in our work life.

The good thing was the behavior of the teammates and other person. The persons employed there do there work efficiently and produce good quality products. There are various types of products, which enables to learn different types of work. The company enables the growth in industrial field.

Dislikes

...ployees on contract works under the contract only. There is no mean of overtime. Usually the working hour is more than the time fixed but they don't give salary for that.
