Only good thing about this company is Job security.

...richer day by day. They don't have any time for think about employees wellbeing. Salary structure is very poor.. there are some employees who are working here like 15-20 years and still get 30K to 35K.

There's nothing to like in this company... totally worst hr team i have ever gone through!

No fixed salary date in Bhagwati foods pvt Ltd, no work life balance is there, totally unorganised, Hr team is useless and worthless, doesn't give value to their employees and employer's behaviour is very bad, don't know how to give respect to the employees...it would be the last option for someone to join that company!!! Terrible experience ever! No work culture they have... very very dissatisfied experience. Most important salary structure is very bad and no growth will be there... nobody should join this company until they have no other options.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
