1st day of admission of patient they behave like

Dislikes

No labor law, no facility, only 5% max increment to staff if we perform better or whatever, after finishing of 1 week night no rest, double duty need to be done- 20 hours last shift of night duty twice in month, no holiday, they loot the patient by giving false medical reports
