Management is given full freedom to work and take disions in production planning maintenance Special purposes machines manufacturing. Production sales.new product developments. I am happy about my work. My MD expired recently then management changed.distrbens in working area.you should understand standard .I can't explain deep. Then I take dision .I want chang job.
