Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14- 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Not working friendly, it's only accounting office and proprietary concern, Proprietor's son's also without knowledge will command you to work who's age is below 25yrs, Maximum employees are North Indians and only Hindi Language in office, No leaves even festival days also office will be open, no paid leaves, You have to clean the entire office like a slave or servant a day before every festival. Only one washroom for both men and women and water problem in washrooms also, No dinning table or room you have to sit on floor and had lunch, no tea breaks, and harsh timings 10AM to 8PM. No hikes.
