... working staff is less over burden of work eg.3person works on 2person etc., 3-salary problem that is very less salary compare to other hospitals. 4.Their is no sufficient trainer to guide the staff of hospital. 5-Their is no motivation concept in the hospital either staff or non health staff-housekeeping staff. 6-Timings not adjustable to staff that must takinng care by HR management etc., This where I worked in Vijayanagar branch of BGS hospital. *Company not providing any health benefits for staff & increment is very terrible.in a year 6-7% *Company not providing any food for staff nurse. *Biomedical things are worst. *Medicine indent,lab test, activity billing,ward management, machine arrangement everything has to do by nurse.

Before joining please collect the offer letter, later you may get cheated. They may change the position they offered you at the time of the interview. Especially by the name Mrs Sowmya who is relocated from brains hospital

Most of the senior staff s are rude and not helpful. Staff shortage make current staff to work hard without break and over time. More night duties and after night duty stay till 10am for attending the meeting. Supervisor s enjoy their time in cafeteria let the staff to do their work too.

It started Okay, Improved, and then worsened. Currently the biggest issue is shortage of Manpower. And remaining are overstretched and stressed.

Understaffed, and stressing work. Supply shortage leading to inadequate patient care.
