Everything handled from chennai so actually Noida office gets very less work. People in chennai are not helpful. They dont share information. They always try to keep noida people at low profile by not sharing any info. Not even work related info. Bonus is never given. Appraisals are poor. Promotions are very late. Professional culture is missing. Exits are troublesome. Pan india traveling is a pain as only train allowed. Getting bills cleared is a pain with everything at MD level. Even a 1000 rupee bill has to be signed by MD. Division heads have no power.

Filthy work environment made my mr sudip Das site incharge at site,frequent transfer, higher management listen to boot lickers, no support from headquarters, small things are delayed without any reason, zero safety culture at site

Because anyone expect actually feedback from company which will be dependent his work and his behavior with the company's staff.That's the really matter But this company may be maintain other policy.

We have very good team without any ego and internal politics. Learning is lot. Inter departmental crossing functioning is very smooth and easy to approach even the top level management. Most of the companies will not have this culture even u may not the person in finance, purchase, commercial but when u need help will rightly serve u. They will treat u will all dignity. Mis meeting will be conducted in a very transparent manner. Anybody can give suggestions. One of the best companies to work with. Unless U should have a own house or Lease house U should have strong financial background to fulfill your basic needs. If you have these u can survive here.

The company is going through a lean financial patch. The salary will come only once in 80 days for 1 month. Without budget major works will be stopped and u alone have to speak for your situation to the customer. So without finance nothing can be done.
