We have very good team without any ego and internal politics. Learning is lot. Inter departmental crossing functioning is very smooth and easy to approach even the top level management. Most of the companies will not have this culture even u may not the person in finance, purchase, commercial but when u need help will rightly serve u. They will treat u will all dignity. Mis meeting will be conducted in a very transparent manner. Anybody can give suggestions. One of the best companies to work with. Unless U should have a own house or Lease house U should have strong financial background to fulfill your basic needs. If you have these u can survive here.

Dislikes

The company is going through a lean financial patch. The salary will come only once in 80 days for 1 month. Without budget major works will be stopped and u alone have to speak for your situation to the customer. So without finance nothing can be done.

1.So much temporary work.wasting of resources/money instead of executing proper work. 2.Planning word is an absolute joke in this company. 3.So much of politics.there is no ethics in this organization 4.No growth if you don't have a daddy in this organization. 5.No respect for hard working.

There is nothing to like in the Company except that you dont have to spend money on buying Shoes and Decent attire

Dislikes

...lose to workplace. No predefined Training module exists. No Work Process exists. I was getting a average Salary but others were paid meager amount. Company doesnt have a clear vision about what they want to do or achieve. They just want to jump into anything that pops up without knowing if they have the required skill and support systems, pathetic.

No regular personnel performance monitoring at all. There will be once in five years bonanza of promotions and salary hikes. This will go in favor of unscrupulous persons'. HRD practices are at its worst, they don't bother to discuss issues with employees, just pass orders on one-sided feedbacks. Poor material management & monitoring resulting in mis storage, mishandling and damage of materials resulting in delay of projects. Contract management & monitoring people will be in deep sleep and suddenly will open their eyes suddenly at the closing of the project.

There is practically no support. The company has implemented pay cuts and layoffs of site hired employees. Even employees on Co payrolls have been asked to go, after many years of service

Dislikes

There is nothing to like. I work here just to feed my family and since no alternatives are available.
