Coming to the advantages of BGD Tech private limited, is it’s flexible timings where company can allow it’s employees to login to work from 10 AM to 2 PM IST ( Indian standard Time ) where employees need to spend 8 works in the office and logout.

...secure job then this is a big no for you. You will get paid two times per month. But usually the the middle month payment usually they pay two to three days late. It’s big issue for people who have financial commitments. You need to work with third grade infuclers and convenience them for on revenue share model for the company. Where they will abuse you for money and keep asking you for fixed payment

1. The company that they will represent to you during your interview, is completely fake. You will not be working for a company named BGD Tech Pvt. Ltd but for 1win which is a betting and gambling platform. They will not be disclosing anything with regards to the actual job description during the interview process. You will leave you well paid, well respected job and jump on to hold the luring package provided by BGD and end up communicating with all the small town gamblers in the Indian market who are not at all properly educated and abuse you on a daily basis. You are supposed to overlook those abuses and move ahead with another conversation with another person of the same intellect. 2. The company is so shady that they will not allow you to click pictures or post anything with regards to your office. You will not be allowed to share anything regarding the workplace with your family or friends. It is such a company where to get a lead converted, female employees post their mirror selfies taken in the washroom to attract the gamblers, so that they talk to them and convert the lead. 3. They mention 'n' number of things during the interview, like there will be hybrid working nature, a minimum of 2 days WFH. But now they have stopped people giving WFH in any circumstances. The company does not have any LinkedIn Page, the website that they share with you, during the interview process, is a fake one. There is not a single mention of 1win or betting or gambling. It will seem as if it is a software developing organization. 4. They ask employees to visit the office, during the 2nd round of interview, before starting their job so that the employees feel that the place and the office looks so promising and authentic. They have rented a place in a proper office tech park location for the same. 5. They will not give you salary in your bank account. You will not be receiving any pay slip from the organization. It will become very difficult for you to proceed without the same.
