In BFG Advance Facades every one working like a team, everyday havenew task to complete, all workers coprative and care about products quality from caring to until dispatch

Sometime clients delayed payment so we face issue in salary delay

Likes

Culture and management support are the key factors of the company. Learning and training can be done simultaneously which improves the knowledge of the employee. The company encourage the employee during the critical situations and motivate the employee to achieve the goals of the organisation. This company involves even lower level employee during the implementation of new process of manufacturing.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent and some times the employee has to work more than the stipulated working hours.

Company Management is totally depend on other departments .. HR is also depends on GM of site. They treat employee like animals of zoo. Manager do not value of an individual unique strengths. You didn't get any appreciation from your department.

Good Team Members, having full rights to revise the Policies & Procedures and taking action on the workers according to the same. Can innovate new things. Handling all the branches in india of BFG. working with 500 employees. working with labour contractors. Taking meetings for all the 500 employees. team building all the employees

No Hirearchy, some areas can't take the decision even its 100% correct.
