The customer service were unresponsive to queries, the deposit I made took several days to show in my account. After I made profit it was impossible to withdraw my investment, my request wasn’t approved, the customer service just send some copy and paste answers that doesn’t help. Since I earn well from my copy trading on benarmstrong-trades and doesn’t have problems withdrawing I has to let go of my loses on btc forex. Very unreliable

I got OJT from a guy who was one month senior to me, people are not helpful nor aware of anything, company not even having proper office space, I wud never suggest anyone to join that company.
