...or taken back, they fire u. They don't even enroll u in the company's payroll. They show salary as professional fee. Pls pls don't accept job unless u are enrolled in company' payroll and keep regular check on TDS deposits.

There is nothing much to like as management is very baised and un professional

Dislikes

They deduct TDS frim salary but never deposit it and ine has problems while filing tax returns. They are also notorious for not paying and settling the full and final settlement of majority if the employees.

...oing to learn new things. I was depressed and unhappy with the work culture. eg. If you didn't complete your notice period they will keep the month salary and not give you the experience latter and even if they fired you immediately still they will not give you the letter as well as salary. Worst experience in my life.

I love the fact that I am a part of this company, completed 8 years that means I really love to work with this company, as this is Mall Management Company and having malls PAN india. As a result, I get to travel pan india meeting new people from various cultural backgrounds, and we woek happily in collaboration.

Seniors are very humble to any new joinee and does not resist to help any body company policies are okish rather than work culture is awesome
