Politics, non-cooperation, discrimination, Non-appreciation, insults by the boss for her self-boosting reason, uneducated superior.

the flexibility to set their own schedule, work from anywhere with an internet connection, and choose the students they want to work with.

Some students prefer in-person interaction and learn better in a physical learning environment

Likes

Job security is good because of the employer being concerned about the job of every employee. The work culture is very friendly and the employer is approachable. There is scope for providing feedback to the management. The management and the employer make changes if they feel that the feedback provided is relevant, valid and beneficial for every employee. Company policies are fair and there are more rewards than penalties. There is employee-empowerment to a great extent provided by our employer. There is trust shown in the employees by the employer. Working from home facilities are available.

Dislikes

There are times when difficult work of unknown field is given to employees for competing. The work-pressure becomes extremely high at times leading to imbalance in work and personal life.

I am working here for past 2 years and previously also I worked in another organization, but the work culture in Beyond Average is really amazing and beyond expectations. I really like to work here. the work environment and the colleagues are really superb and they are very much approachable. Even Boss is very kind and respect all employees' ups and downs. Also we can get enough benefits from this organisation. So it is a great experience overall.

Dislikes

Not much. As it is a service industry, we have to be almost all time online, but beside the benefits, one can easily take this too.
