Please do not join the company.First they pay you high salary next month they fire people because they cant't afford to pay people that much.Manager speaks to you for the interview for nearly 45 minutes and then you get fired because your communication was not good which they release after 1 month.I was fired cause i had medical condition and took leave for one day.The only good part was HR,she was very good and knew her job otherwise company does not value their employees.

The only thing good here was you can leave exactly at the shift end time. That too happened to be because the HR team and CEO end their shift early.

Not sure where to begin with but I'll give it a try. The digital marketing team is a hand full of people (basically 4 including me), which is lead by a manager sitting 2000 kms away working remotely. So basically your onboarding happens via an instant messaging app and not face to face. The same manager you will need to ping a 1000 times a day to clear your doubts as you are new to the cpmpany. The issues may or may not get resolved on time depending on when the manager sees your message. Basically its work from home but sitting in office. So you ask what about the rest of the people in team to help you out? The lack of communication is astonishing within the team due to the work structure. People are having the mindset of get your work done and scoot home. You will be given limited access by the manager slowly over the period of a month or two. You will be asked to follow what is said and no to any innovation. Maybe you will think that you are new to the industry and that you should just follow instructions and not think by your own. Wrong! Thats when the CEO who sits in his cabin all day will walk up to you asking why isn't it working. As if you're the incharge of everything. I have never seen this CEO walk upto anybody and have a casual conversation with them about their work. It's only through private meetings in his cabin. For someone still reading this and wondering if I should still join this company or not 🤔, my only advice is avoid the digital marketing team unless they have manager in the OFFICE. There are plenty of good companies in Vadodara which you should aim for. If you're someone who just wants money and don't want to sit at work for a minute extra than 9 hrs go for it!

Work culture is bad. They can fire you anyday if they think you're not fitting in. Rather than talking to you about things the management would talk within itself about the issues and then report it to you. Sometimes things might attack you on your dignity. It's like riding a rollercoaster. The HR will tell you there are a lot of growth opportunities but let me tell you, it's a mere miraaj. The probation period is 3 months but they won't give you an offer letter after 3 months, they might take 6 months for it. And you'll also be expected to work from home after office hours.

Only just technical team CEO is very knowledgeable and handling team very good way. He knows only fact things.

I didn't like mangement team CEO and HR.They can fire you anytime without giving any notification. They didn't have any value of loyal employee.Please don't join this company ever.Technical team is very small. Management is telling something and doing something.so don't trust ever this management CEO who are handling operation team and business development team and HR. During hiring time told me we are flexible work from home and office after joining. He told me we have close remote work and just Immediately fire.Dont trust this person. Just want to tell one things please don't play with loyal employees career.I noticed that hire and fire just doing that things only don't know why. Very very poor management. If you can get offer from company just think twice. Don't ever join.
