The People whom I work with were very good and supportive. Compensation and benefits were also good.

Dislikes

There was no job security you can not predict which day is going to be your last day at this company. One day you are working and suddenly your work laptop shut down and you receive an email saying "you are fired", a terrible experience working in this company. Worst Top management.

I like my team which was always helpful, compensation was good enough to be happy as well.

Dislikes

It's a worst company in terms of Job security, the management is worthless as they will assure you time to time your job is secure but you will be kicked out without any notice. It's a profit based company which won't think about the welfare of employees. If you don't have anything to do then please join this company to ruin your career.

The culture at this place is really good. People are kind and supportive. Perks in terms of compensation is great too. A place which provides loads of opportunities if one is working on a right path.

No micromanagement, employee-centric, work-life balance, good pay

After the recent turn of even multiple layoffs and asking employees for voluntary separation, all the above Good things went down the drain. No job security. You can be fired on zoom call, a company-wide email stating that the employee terminated will have their login credentials scrapped and you will be logged out while working. It was the best company I worked for and it turned out to be the worst company in little to no time.

They will give you a very handsome amount of salary, even if you are a fresher.

Dislikes

Even the freshers get the same amount of package and I am sure it is very difficult to get lower amount once you have worked on a good package. The management was not at all transparent with employees and we were laid off just with a pop up message on the window that : You have been removed from Better I really can not explain you the feeling. I am amazed that they are still hiring people from out side however, they were unable to keep the employees who had such good performance. Also if the business was on boom for that short notice they could have hired people on contractual basis. The organization should really work on the management part as it is really pathetic. They check your stability where in they are them self not very stable. NO STARS AT ALL :( From a very frustrated employee.
