The team members were good and helpful. The work load was okay.

There is no hierarchy followed. There is no increment or salary hike. The management will shift you to the client site without even informing you. There is no work life balance at all.

Salary pay on time company culture is very good the boss is this company very nice person

This company not pay Bonus, no increment every year when pay increment after 3-4 years 3 to 4 ℅ do not contribute PF other wise all is well.

Only the colleagues I have worked with and to mention the post resignation process. Fortunately, I got to work for one of the reputed client which have added value to my profile.

The work culture is very poor and don't expect for something like appraisal or salary hike no matter how much you contribute.

...re is really bad no time limit. Company not giving any policies for your health. Salary deduction is big problem.

No work life balance, no fix working timings, making all employees work till late night that also after 12:00 am. Calling employees on non working days. Huge politics. No understanding between the manager and the other employees.
