...t you have job security here. They won't fire you because you are a dumb person.Salary is very low but they expected you to work upto infinity times.

...y proper trainings. You have to take ownership and learn everything by yourself. Base salary is very low for freshers and you don't get proper work experience certificate as well. Apart from work, you don't get benefits here. You need to work like robot.Team leader insult you infront of others without any hesitation.she doesn't have any proper skills to train juniors instead she blames others to complete their work and she expects you to done her work too. You don't any mandatory holidays as well. No team outings, no refreshing time and all. They don't have any separate rest room for gents and ladies. Don't join and spoil your life here.

Freshers can learn a lot. Your can suggest new ideas and the management will respect it. You'll be given many opportunities to explore many domains. Training will be provided on need basis.

Dislikes

Office Space. It don't have a cabin setup. Processes and Practices differs from one project to another. You need to adapt it. The office is not near any IT hub. Only easy mode of travel would be metro.

This company we will learn technology and growth our career, So this should work on that learn things lot without considering salary. Work environment culture will be better everyone getting support with us.
