We are looking for Fresher HR Executive to perform generalist HR activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare job description / scope of work for employees.
• Handle end to end recruitment activities.
• Responsible to complete joining formalities and issue appointment letter.
• Coordinating for Medical Checkup upon Employees joining at Organization.
• Executing the induction and orientation of employees.
• Coordinating for Technical training.
• To follow the performance appraisal before confirmation of employee and issue appropriate letters.
• Taking care of Payroll & PMS (Performance Management System) of the employees.
• Handle employees grievance and act as a chain between management and employees.
• To interact with Department Heads / Reporting Managers to ensure receving feedback of employees performance and act accordingly and take it forward.
• Taking care of absenteeism and handling manpower planning.
• Handle Attendance & Leave Management system.
• Perform employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate for Background verification of employees with third party agencies.

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good people Management Skills
• E-Mail writing Skills

Work location - Visakhapatnam

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00 PM

Monday to Saturday
