Nothing - it was my biggest mistake joining the company

Dislikes

Everything - Beta Makers Lab I'd the most worst company . Their is no future of the company they blackmail their employees . Fire them without notice .they don't have any projects . Their attrition rate is more than 300 percent in year - don't join this company stay safe

Absolutely nothing

I was in this company for just a week and was surprised to understand, I made the biggest mistake of even saying yes to join this company. You get called for induction in Bengaluru if you are outside this city and they will not give you food allowances, which surprised me a lot. No group medical insurance too issued. Actually I wasted my precious 7 days.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
