Good place to work in a customer-facing role. Enough free-time/freedom to explore different areas of the subject and the software. In addition to this, the engineers will also have to access the necessary simulation hardware. Good colleagues/management who will help you if needed. In addition to this, I would also say that there is no office politics.

The salaries should be higher by at least 20%. There should be a dedicated up-skilling pathways.
