No fixed date of salary, you won't paid what you have spent for the expanses and it has been more than a year I have left the organization still I haven't received my FnF. Employees welfare, Management concern on Employees. Encouragement,Ethics,Job Satisfaction The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.As a result, Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaborations.I also the like the employee re- hire policy here.

Compensation is decent , But growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes i have too much under pressure, tensions Management do not value or rewards for individuals unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

In this company, I had the experience of around 3 years. I will recommend that this company suitable for the beginner.

Dislikes

Lack of clarity on job role, lack of proper training and guidance by senior and reporting person but open for learner who is interested in learning. They will give free hand in all their product portfolio it also depends on applicant interest also.

Poor management, no employee welfare schemes (not even esi and pf for first 2 years but they will detect in your salary), no proper time salary and TA/DA. (No proper system for expenditures claims) horrible managers and management team. They use employees like sugar cane, once juice extract from you. You will be thrown out with out any reson.
