Too much politics between played by managers against staff .No respect for associates and sr associates unnecessary things going on floor ..stupid steps taken by manager .no salary increment no designation increment....only hard work they expect no rewards towards hard work

The management was good before but right now it’s just a mess.

Everything is terrible at store level right now. No pay. Delay in appraisal and increment payouts. No bonus no incentive. Planning is not good.

This company is one of best companies in India but only before covid 19 situation.

I was working from December but in between March when the covid 19 pandemic started half of the employee get half salary but after 3 months I was getting pade only 4k till aug after that I lost my job. First they told us, you guys don't have to worried about your job, your job is secure you will never terminated from the company they promised but they failed. There main thing is that if you want you terminat us why you doing fake promises about job security. When they giving us half salary they told us we have so many employees we are not able to pay full salary. Ok we are happy with that but why did you guys terminate us. It's a shame thing for company like bestsellers. This thing doesn't expected from the company.

Well in retail u got to forget public holidays get ready to work around 10 to 12 hrs standing entire day can be pain but then if u wanna grow bestseller is the place

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day and sometimes lare into night. Manager do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
