There is no job security ,actually they hired me as permanent employee ,but they suddenly said client stopped the project ,so you need to serve notice period ,thats absolutely unexpected ,really its painfull ,because as family man ,it hard to survive due to this sudden wave from BESTOWAL Systems.

Audacity to hire people as fresher but they ask their employees to bring the projects they don't have any projects to work they harras their employees like hell give unnecessary task to perform which is of no use politics is way far company owner himself ask their friends to take their employees interview for that name sake that later on they tell employees that ur not getting selected in any projects rather talking about bring any projects
