Just nothing. No proper structure, no sales strategy, and nothing.

Dislikes

For COVID 19 issues the company sacks several employees without any notice (including me). The best part of the scenario. The director of the company said the situation created by the government, not them.

Best power equipemts is a good company here is the good future and knoledge for a empyee ..here is the some seniors good vehaiviour like as faimely they are giving trainning and best knowledge to employee.

I am disliking here some seniors bad politics for juniors employees .they are not waant to see juniors happy ..

Dislikes

Appraisal is not too good its so so, it should be fix or there should be fix percent to all employ according to the salary.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
