work culture is very bad.The salary here is very low and there is a 12 hour working hours in which if you are late for 2 minutes your salary is deducted.You will get a salary of 8k to 10k. Experience letter and joining letter are not given. So this will make you feel like an educated labour.

There is poor salary/appraisal & not work life balance. I've work there 2.6 years & got various problem there like- salary, working hour, work environment etc.

Lots of politics, no transparency, do not keep their promises done during interview, favoritism, partiality, no scope of growth, exploitation by manager

Great opportunity I have received to work with best. In all aspects the company is good. Company can give you a good start in recruitment sector. Many of the people who are currently working in MNCs had been started their career from best only. So overall it's a good company.

Dislikes

The hierarchy is the only hurddle in the company. Employees don't get the reward and recognition for what they deserve. So this is the only -ve point in best.
