Excessive work hours, unreasonable programs, low pay for expectations, no support, poor tools provided to perform your role, poor subcontractors, and generally underwhelming work environment.

Its a good company, there wont be any salary delayed, site management its really good for our needs and requirement for our work.

if i request some documents like NOC, they won't provide second thing its really hard to take response from main office. and salary increment

Besix is providing good safety culture.the company is adopts latest technology in their projects.the company has lot of latest technological equipments for the work (projects).and the company providing good maintanance for the equipments and vechicles.we are using standard tools for workshop jobs.i really love this all facts and i proud of a part of this company.

Poor career growth becz no salary ingriment,more stress and more working period but insufficent salary.management did not ingriment atleast after one year.

I'm working Bahrain LNG project, Dubai port of fujera after that work in Qatar MIC Company

Sir company is very good Sir I'm working Bahrain, Dubai, all management very good person.But Qatar management mr. Mehandi husan admin and mr. Quraishi adminstrator MIC head office person Behavior is not right and politics does a lot.

It’s really been a great experience for me since I joined the company , I would say it was great leaning for me in my field . Honestly speaking , I have learnt a lot in my profile in last three year in the company. Most important thing I like in the company is the support for health and safety from all the site people whether it’s a labor or a manger. I will always be grateful for this .

Well, only one thing comes in my mind. Why we are here ? Meant away from the home and the beloved ones , we studied hard for what ? Of course for the money and career advancement , but here since I have been working hard for last three years did not get even a little hike in my income . Even though everyone believe my competency , I don’t want to compare myself with anyone but honestly there are many who are getting more than what they deserve. And employees for the same belief as me are there in the company who are only working in the company because there are many more good things In the company than the income.
