Not a recommended place to work. Management is not at all good which proven when company is sold so many times

No profetional atmosphere, no promotions, no grouth, no job security, sometimes not aware of next day shift

the company is up for sale and will be acquired for good.

Growth is slow, top management is useless and you can not think of this company unless you want stability, they do not bother you basically an MNC driven by Lala

I have excellent experience with Bertelsmanm Marketing Services. All my teammates ( Finance Department) are good, helpfull and very supportive. I give special thanks to CFO and all the team members. I have great experience working with team.

The incentive structure and the leaves

Dislikes

The policies and structure keeps changing radically which becomes difficult for junior level employees to settle down well and cement a place in the organisation. The top level mgmt discriminates between the different hierarchy existing in the company.
