Management they don't know how to behave and talk to a females , DIKHAVA it is everything. Naam Bade aur Darshan Khote , Micro management by Directors in everything .They don't work with budget , they feel they are another level Ambani. All 3 directors are in some other swag and in different direction and they expect their employees to take their shit. They want beautiful chicks at their reception and the HRBP will say so proudly that the management look for beauty and not brains , they don't value their employees nor their work. Internal Politics. Most Toxic environment. Join this company if you want to crush your self respect under their (director's) shoes. Baniya Logistics actually this title suits them.

The management is terrible for employee ,at Pune brach work environment is worst under reporting managers ,very less facilities for employees, they don't value the employees work efforts
