There is a lot of politics and the Management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

The company have a good work culture. They support innovation and always ready to adopt new technology. Hr department in the company is really working great, they usually come up with different activities, such as CSR, Management games, Trekking and so on. The main reason behind such activities is that you are not only engaging in work, but also be part of these organisational activities.

Dislikes

I worked in the company for 2 years the compensation was decent but the thing I dislike about them is limited opportunities for career growth.

I have been working with BSM for about seven years ,started of as a OS making my way up to AB and then clearing my 2nd mates exams this year ,on the 25th of july and as per my BSM is one of the best company they pay your salaries on time ,the company handled the COVID situation very well,on board safety procedures are top notch ,there are very experienced people from whom we can learn a lot ,as I have cleared my exams looking forward to joining BSM as Junior officer/trainee third officer.
