There is no system of job people sometimes look your friend and the same next time se disturb ir destroy your work your motivation people here wants to do others work expect their own work salary here is way lower then you can imagine people here keep waiting for their salary until 12th of every month no incentives in my job no calculates if they deduct your salary and they find that it's company mistake they will not return your money that's all

At the time of curfew most of company's paid sallery to there employee.what Berkeley paid nothing.and after finished lockdown when they call back . Just on half sallery

They just think about customer even you are not wrong in any case .they push you to convince that all is your fault .and there is no timing of working
