Berger Paints based on Indian company but we have also working with aboard like Russia. I am working with Berger as a logistics officer. My colleagues very helpful for any situation. Work environment is very good.

Dislikes

I am working with Berger more than 10 years with tremendous pressure instead of my salary structure is not good. Department do not value individuals also they do not support.

Zero training, Job security is good, work culture is ok, compensation ok as per kolkata city standards, co. Is in growth mode hence prospects are high but too much internal conflicts within departments and inter departments which creates hurdles in positive working culture

Culture to keep information secret is a big bottleneck Some bosses are v good while some are counter growth oriented

They will give you like daily basis salary if you are absent any they will cut the 600rs from your salary, no one will help you in this company, if you want to go to meet painters they will be in very far from us they will not answer our calls, because they know Berger paints is the worst company

Sales grooming is very good For freshers a very good opportunity Product is well established in market so its an added advantage for sales team Growing organisation so that helps to bring in sales and a ok-ok work life balance Scope is available to grow Job stability is there

Lobbyship leads the way in East specifically Unproffesional attitude by middle management Lower salary than industry standards Inclination towards perception more than facts and figures in few depots by middle management Very low amount of trust shown by middle management towards front line sales team in East
