They will give you like daily basis salary if you are absent any they will cut the 600rs from your salary, no one will help you in this company, if you want to go to meet painters they will be in very far from us they will not answer our calls, because they know Berger paints is the worst company

The workload often feels inconsistent, making it difficult to maintain a steady work-life balance. Colleagues and Team: The team is a mixed bag. My colleagues are supportive and cooperative.✨👍 Reporting Manager: The reporting manager has a good understanding of the business but often forgets the importance of professionalism and polite communication, which can demotivate the team at times.
