Berger Paint provides secure job, as there is no hire and fire policy assuring the candidate mental peace and stability in the time of crisis, it gives time to the employ to adapt and perform in his assigned position.

...candidate securing A+ grade in appraisal but getting increment of below B grade. Salary Structure and Career Growth is very poor. There is no corporate working environment.

Compensation is desent,growth is also average but the culture and environment of the company is really poor.The place where I work right now no body survived more than 5 months over here and no one going to understand your problems and concerns you have... Nothing being professional in this company.you are on your own here

Always received Salary in time.

...Mgmt Staff as they send messages in WhatsApp group & sometimes they send emails. Only late sitting given With many conditions & Actuall overtime was not given according to Salary. Retiral benefits are very much poor due to Less Basic Salary in the company. HR did not consider my Basic Salary during the time of my joining in the year 2012 & this resulting very poor Retiral benefits from the company.

Really worst company, you would never find such a worst company.

...sation details that are totally fraud..and you will get to know after joining...your basic salary will get reduced over time along with pf and they won't give you annual incentive while it was mentioned in your offer letter...after one year they will say ...being in a non management position you won't get incentives so why did they offer incentive during joining, even top management people like VP is using slang words during the review meeting. You can't imagine about it...
