...y complaints in any company. As far as my experience, I got to learn a lot here. One of the major demotivational things is that the compensation is little low but it's good as per the industrial Standard. But If you are a good employees, you surely need more compensation. Work culture is good. I have not yet found any drawbacks. Just little hard to balance personal life. If you are married this will affect.
