They not even given full and final settlement which was for 2.5 months Also they back dated created policy after leaving the organisation and ask to repay 50 % of Salary plus reply bonus Notice period is 120 days They will ask to sign NDA without giving you prior copy to read and understand and will ask to sign it

Nothing is good at beratung. The worst company that I have ever worked in my entire career. After leaving the company they will not allow you to join with their competitors and clients and they will not give F&F also.

One of the best consultancy companies to work with. One has an empowering experience while working with the firm on various assignments. The company has a flexible working hours policy which is one of the many benefits that the organization offers to its employees.

This is one of the very few organizations that have policies for menstrual leaves for women workers. The policies & work culture are very futuristic. The organization has flexible working hours.

You will get ample of technical knowledge especially MEP. However, no one will teach you, you have to do self learning in short span of time and prove that you know the MEP standards and laws by hard cause that’s what the directors of this firms expects. They will manipulate you by questioning your basics and proving you lack basics.

Dislikes

Boorish culture, no support to diversity and manipulation at its peak. No emphasis on your growth only on company’s growth. Even you work 24x7, they will make you believe you are worth nothing cause you can do work in 24x7. Their expectations is weird and they think and try convincing that you are weird. Directors directs you to work or rather slog to get their pockets filled. Weirdo isn’t it.
