VERY POOR JOB SECURITY. One can get laid off any time especially if you are from client/outsourcing teams. They will lure you telling about the great work culture they offer, but once you join here you will see the dark side. Pathetic learning opportunities. Company gives zero value to upskilling .

I am part of a team which allows me to learn many new things and explore in new areas. We are handling many projects with most of the German Clients then also company is managing the Work life balance of there employees which is one of the biggest point to be highlighted. So I can say i am satisfied with the company and the team i got.

Compensation is decent but still it is less when compared to other company's of the same level. Onsite opportunities are less nowadays probably that can be because of current situation. Not trying to hold there old and experienced employees.
