Salary Package is good. Pleasant working environment. Company provide cab facility. Provides Lunch and Dinner. Working time is best 9 -6 and 10-7. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which we cannot even think of resigning. On the job, training is not given to new joiners neither did I got the training when I joined.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
