Minor tweaks / changes in policies and workstyle can make Bentel a great place to work with and work for. For a quick and quality delivery, we need to go an extra mile. Growth / Excellence doesn't come when we are in comfort zone.

Its a decent company with good office ambiance. with just 5 work days a week a decent comp off perk, travel allowance and much more. Other than this I firmly believe that this place has a conductive learning work environment. If you have the zeal to work and learning, nothing can stop to grow in this company

Here you will get to work on big commercial projects and as an employee you will get all necessary facilities like PF, insurance, programs, events, parties.

Dislikes

You have to come to the office on time but you don't have a fixed timing to go, you can go home only when your senior tells you to go or sometimes you have to work the whole night and continue working the next day and you don't get paid for this work.
