This is one of the cheater company. When you will resign this company. They will not provide last month of salary. Here notice period is 90 days without negotiable and they are spoiling career of employee. No job security and no proper management...

Please Do not spoil your future at Bentek Automation. They will stuck your salary at the time of resignation and never release. this is there hidden policy. They will never tell you about there 90Days Notice period. If you want to join another company after Bentek, No one will wait for you till 90Days. They can fire or Terminate any time without paying any amount or they can release your documents (Experience Letter, Reliving Letter etc.) without your resignation. Main important point is that they are the 3rd party, they do not have Electrical work as they mentioned in there name as Automation. No Secure future. This is the combination of three points,,, Employee + Employer + Bentek Automation = Spoil future. If your are reading these comments before joining the Bentek Automation Please Don't... ...ked everything, as the management doesn’t know how to deal with their employees. They can delay or deduct your salary without any reason or without any prior information. They don’t have any good clients
