... It's like pin drop silence. I have never seen anybody laughing with each other. They expect you to work overtime everyday, but no overtime pay. If you leave office on time even after completing your work, eyebrows are raised.

Overall the company is fine ,it gives opportunities to freshers.

Dislikes

The work culture is getting pathetic , no proper training is provided ,on the very first day you're provided with work , there is a lot of manual work ,no advancement of technology and databases ,for every small error the employee is responsible. I think work life balance is a joke here ,there is no fixed time , according to the needs of the company they will assign you work till late night also. Overall lot of improvement is needed , without looking at the expertise , they'll assign you work ,wether you know how to do that or not ,that is the employees headache.

- Some project are good - Little toxic work culture in some teams - Higher management is very rigid. Takes feedback but no change in the policies

-Some manager are not competent - Some projects are really bad - Doesn't take employees suggestions seriously

Less focus on employee wellbeing, no work-life balance, proper training and guidance not offered, work pressure, project scoping and team not alloted properly during the beginning of a project, issues raised by employees are ignored, no benefits or facilities provided.
