...an get fired anytime without any notice. Pathetic environment. Dirty politics. No fix time for salary. No leaves. Overall pathetic... Worst organization I've ever seen in my life.

Salary is very good. People in administration are paid very huge amount .

Work culture is not at all good. Senior officials / management don't even ask to find out what was truth . What is true actually in any matter.They just believe in the what your reporting boss is telling. That's really bad . Atleast ask the person who is taking care of that.

Dirty poltics,no office space no seeting arrangment ,partiality,work culture, warden is not valuable for organisation,no power, no support from management and HR. Bad experience

I can count it. High politics everywhere. HR Head want you to adulate if she do any favor. I asked her to re look my increment as it was only 5%. First she spoke to me like I am her slave. She made leone rude comments also. After she humiliated me for 20 minutes unnecessarily because I raised issue to management she agreed she will write recommendation to management. Before doing this she asked me write good words in email about her. If she do anything for you she will ask something for it. Respect is earned not demanded 😡

Too much politics and no ethics. If you are good at it, go for it but if you are not able to get into it, you will get trapped and see no progress to your hard work. Someone works hard and someone rejoice only on the basis of politics which exists everywhere but here it's beyond one can think of. HR is not all co-operative. Very chaotic management.
