Dislikes

Work culture is not at all good. Senior officials / management don't even ask to find out what was truth . What is true actually in any matter.They just believe in the what your reporting boss is telling. That's really bad . Atleast ask the person who is taking care of that.

I can count it. High politics everywhere. HR Head want you to adulate if she do any favor. I asked her to re look my increment as it was only 5%. First she spoke to me like I am her slave. She made leone rude comments also. After she humiliated me for 20 minutes unnecessarily because I raised issue to management she agreed she will write recommendation to management. Before doing this she asked me write good words in email about her. If she do anything for you she will ask something for it. Respect is earned not demanded 😡

There's nothing to like about VINEET JAIN's university, full of scandals, students getting murdered, attempt to murder incidents in hostels, they are only interested in taking students and filling their targets. Pathetic way to work.
