There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

High level security job. Work culture is good. All the employees of the company have good faith and attitude, good behavior. The workplace environment remains positive. Appropriate changes from time to time increase the morale of the employees by the company, resulting in the spirit of enthusiastically doing better.
